Arq-e-Podina

Arq-e-Podina (Mint Water) is a staple classical Unani herbal distillate manufactured by Dawakhana Hakim Ajmal Khan. Extracted through the traditional process of hydro-distillation, this "Arq" captures the cooling and carminative essence of Podina (Mentha viridis).

In Unani medicine, Mint is revered as a powerful Hazim (Digestive) and Mushtahi (Appetizer). Arq-e-Podina is a fast-acting natural remedy for various gastrointestinal disturbances. It effectively settles the stomach, expels intestinal gas, and relieves the sensation of nausea. Its refreshing nature makes it an essential household remedy for maintaining digestive comfort and treating heat-related stomach upsets.
