Powered by Ustukhuddus (Arabian Lavender)—revered in Unani literature as the "Broom of the Brain" (Batroob-e-Dimagh)—alongside the Triphala herbs (Halela Zard, Halela Siyah, Bahera, Amla), Sanamakki, Aftimoon, and Bisfaij, it purges harmful morbid humors (specifically phlegm and black bile / Balgham and Sauda) from the brain and stomach.
